About Summer Camp

5 DAYS - 4 NIGHTS

Who is Summer Camp designed for?

These FREE summer camps are built for middle and high school students at every experience level—from total beginners to seasoned competitors—with fun, fast-paced activities and challenges designed to help everyone jump in, level up, and sharpen their skills.

Are meals included?

All meals for the week are included, so you can focus on the fun.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Students will sleep in bunks within cabins, grouped with other students of the same age and sex.

What activities willl my child have the opportunity to participate in?

Camp days mix hands-on speech and debate learning with classic summer camp activities like swimming, archery, paintball, snorkeling, campfires, and arts & crafts—and every camper scores a FREE camp t-shirt to remember it all.

How will my child get to Summer Camp?

FCDI will arrange bus stops at various locations throughout Florida (South, Southeast, Gulf Coast, Central, Northeast, and Northwest regions), however, parents may drop-off and pick-up directly at the camp.

Is Summer Camp free of charge?

While the camp is free to attend, a $75 application fee is required per student. If a student is not accepted, the application fee will be fully refunded.

How does the selection process work?

  • Open camper slots are divided by region, with some additional allocations for the Northeast, Central, and South based on demand.

  • We will aim for a balanced representation across grade levels and gender.

  • We will prioritize students who:

    • Are involved in extracurricular activities

    • Have no behavioral issues

    • Submit strong references
